Cost calculator: fractional SDR vs a full-time hire

Enter your own quote and numbers. Each default shows its source, and fields marked as your assumption have no published figure behind them. For the range of fractional SDR prices, see the cost guide, and to find a provider, start from the fractional SDR directory.

Defaults are US dollar figures from the sources shown. If you work in another currency, overwrite them. Nothing you type is stored or sent.

The full-time column assumes full-time hours. Provider guides describe a fractional rep as about 15 to 25 hours a week, so the meeting numbers should reflect those hours. Meeting counts are your assumptions, not sourced figures.

FAQ

Is anything I enter stored?
No. The calculation runs in your browser, and nothing you type is stored or sent.
Why are some fields empty?
Meeting counts, manager cost and some fee fields have no sourced default, so the calculator asks for your own figure rather than guess.
Why does the full-time column cost so much more per year?
It adds benefits, tools, recruiting, a share of management and replacement hires on top of pay. The full-time cost breakdown explains each line.
